How to make a return?
If the ordered item does not fully meet your expectations.

Generally, it takes about 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of your return package to complete the refund process.
How to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. The best option is to return the item and then place a new order for the desired item.
The item I received has a defect. How can I proceed?
