FAQ ORDER

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your cart. You can also find the details of your order in the "My Account" section under the "My Orders" tab.

If you wish to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us directly at Contact@musasalgeria.com. We'll be delighted to assist you in making the necessary adjustments.

I want to add an item to my order or change my shipping address: This is possible only if your order has not been prepared or shipped yet.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. With this information, you can easily track the progress of your package and know its real-time location.

The items added to your cart are reserved for one hour. The countdown is reset with each new addition. This allows you a limited time to complete your order and ensure the availability of the selected items.
